Samantha Neal is a talented legal and real estate professional who is a licensed attorney in Colorado and New York as well as a licensed Colorado real estate broker. Samantha is an innovative broker/attorney with 4+ years of experience representing diverse corporate and individual clients in complex legal matters spanning from transactional law, corporate governance, real-estate transactions, and commercial litigation.
As a trusted real estate advisor and legal representative, Samantha understands that selling, buying, leasing, and/or developing residential and commercial properties can be complex and comes with many challenges. MARIAH TRINH

Mariah Trinh began her real estate career with a strong foundation in sales operations, negotiation strategy, and client consulting. A Colorado native based in the Northern Denver area, Mariah brings a structured, results-driven approach to every transaction, helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
With over eight years of experience leading high-performing teams in regulated, high-volume environments, Mariah understands the importance of communication, accountability, and strategic planning. Her leadership background and competitive mindset translate directly into her real estate practice: strategic, disciplined, and fully dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals.
She holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University and is a former collegiate basketball player who now coaches at the high school level. Mariah also supports youth athletics through her work with the For Love of the Game Foundation, owner and operator of The Courts Sports Complex in Northglenn.

JEFF NEAL

Jeff Neal has an extremely unique and varied background that will bring tremendous value to his real estate clients. Jeff is a former practicing attorney and professional sports agent as well as an experienced business executive and entrepreneur. Jeff has significant experience in deal structuring, negotiations, capital raises and real-estate related investment transactions.
Jeff is able to utilize his unique background and experiences to provide his clients invaluable representation with any opportunities or situations that may arise. Whether it’s the purchase/lease of an office space, or the structuring and completion of a multi-million dollar commercial development project, Jeff has the expertise and experience to help his clients to not only successfully navigate through complex real estate transaction, but help create, find and structure valuable opportunities.
Jeff also supports youth athletics through being the co-founder of For Love of the Game Foundation, which is the owner/operator of the Courts Sports Complex in Northglenn. The Foundation helps kids to pursue and accomplish their dreams in athletics and academics.
